Medium duty silicone release agent

The multi-purpose Ambersil Formula 6 Medium Duty Silicone Release Agent is based on silicones and has been formulated as a highly effective, general purpose release agent for all thermoplastics and many types of rubber. It provides a medium duty film for release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Ambersil Formula 6 will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increases production.

Ambersil Formula 6 Medium Duty Silicone Release Agent is fitted with 360-degree spray system for use at any angle, even upside down. Ambersil Formula 6 is also useful as an anti-stick agent in the textiles, foam converting, printing and shoe industries.

Note: Contains silicone so may be unsuitable where decorative work (e.g. painting, plating) is necessary on the moulded part. If a non-silicone product is required, use Ambersil Formula Seven or Ambersil Formula Four.
