High strength self-polishing antifouling

The International Micron AP Antifouling Paint is formulated for use in challenging high fouling areas such as tropical waters and known difficult regions. Based on a more conventional type technology it incorporates in the Biolux technology a slower polishing rate combined with a boosted biocide level.

Where is it best suited?
Micron AP is slower polishing than Micron Extra 2 and this combined with its higher biocide content is intended to give a product that is more suited to vessels travelling high mileage and/or used frequently. It's not expected that this product will necessarily suit close inshore use, especially those areas currently suffering shell growth infestation where softer products are known to be more suited.
