The Jig Star Knot Sleeve protects the leader from breaking when tied to a swivel, solid ring, or grommet. This knot sleeve is better than using soft plastic tubing because the leader doesn't slide through the sleeve. This sleeve is best used with knots like the AG Chain Knot.

For better result, quickly melt each end of the leader with a lighter to stop the ends from fraying.
