Capturing the essence of traditional New Zealand cooking, the UFO Ultimate Multi-functional Cooker lets you roast, smoke or steam your favourite food to create flavourful meat every time. This ultra-versatile cooker can be used as a hangi, roaster, steamer, smoker, baker and BBQ. To put it simply, it’s the ultimate multi-functional outdoor cooker!

The base section of the UFO Ultimate Multi-functional Cooker allows 180-degree dry heat to rise into the upper section. The Ultimate also comes complete with two stainless steel baskets designed for holding meat. When used together, these baskets can cook up to 25 main meals. That’s a great deal of good food!

How to use:
Steamer
Steam your food by simply placing water above the base section. To flavour add water and/or smoking dust to the base of the cooker.

Roaster
To use as a roaster, simply hang your meat inside the Ultimate using the hooks and secure it with the disc and clip provided.

BBQ
To use as a BBQ, turn your UFO Ultimate Multi-functional Cooker upside down, the cast iron base plate now becomes a hot plate and a portable BBQ.
