It's great for both short or long smoking as it gives food an intense and unique flavour. Great for smoking fish, chicken, meat and vegetables!

For best results, pre-soak your Manuka chips in water: Timber chunks should be soaked in clean, preferably filtered water for 30 minutes before adding to the firebox. For additional flavour . And if you're feeling adventurous, you can try soaking it in rum or bourbon - or even add other flavours to the mix!
