The rail improves Rob Allen Spearguns's performance by keeping it straight as it leaves the track. This helps increase accuracy and enables the gun to be powered up above the economy model. What's more, you can also add a second band for increased power, or change the muzzle and convert it into a roller gun. These options are not possible with a regular tube barrel as the extra power makes the spear bow and wobble as it leaves the track. Simply put, Rob Allen guns can be upgraded with an easy conversion if the diver wishes to move to a more advanced speargun.
