meal. Brosnahan's Manuka Gold Chips smoulders rather than
burns, which produces smoke slowly over a longer time and with less
heat. It's great for both short or long smoking as it gives food an
intense and unique flavour. Great for smoking fish, chicken, meat
and vegetables!
For best results, pre-soak your Manuka chips in
water: Timber chunks should be soaked in clean,
preferably filtered water for 30 minutes before adding to the
firebox. For additional flavour . And if you're feeling
adventurous, you can try soaking it in rum or bourbon - or even add
other flavours to the mix!
