The Wapsi CDC Fly Tying Feather is an essential tying material for many fly patterns. CDC (Cul De Canard) or duck butt feathers come from the area surrounding the rumps of ducks and geese - so it becomes coated with waterproofing natural oils that help make it float. This waterproofing effect combined with the structure of the feather makes it an excellent choice for tying dries and emerging nymphs. Package contains loose feathers.
