The Starrett Chef 3 6-Piece Professional Knife Set has everything you need to dominate food prep. It comes with a cleaver knife and 2 chef's knife, plus sharpening essentials for effortless slicing. The knives are manufactured using special steel alloy for longer blade life, stain and rust resistance, and feature a uniquely sharpened angle for more precise and impactful cuts.

Origin identification and traceability is guaranteed through a tracking number laser stamped on the blades, alongside the NSF Approved and Sanitised logos. The ergonomically moulded polypropylene handles are manufactured with Antimicrobial Sanitised Protection and feature a textured finish for maximum grip and optimum comfort, yet are easy to clean.

Cleaver
Starrett Cleavers are made from quality stainless steel, which ensures precise cuts and a long blade life.

Chef Knives
Starrett Chef Knives can be used for absolutely anything from chopping meat to slicing fruit and vegetables. With a broad blade that curves upwards towards the tip allowing the knife to rock for fine chopping and mincing.

Sharpening Steel
The Starrett Sharpening Steel is made from hard carbon steel with a hard chrome coating which reduces oxidation and is magnetised to retain the knife chip. The rod comes in a knurled finish to cover all applications, with a high durability and ability to realign knife edges.

Sharpening Steel Protector
The Sharpening Steel Protector is made from polypropylene and features Antimicrobial Sanitised Protection. The guards should be soaked in hot water before being fitted to the rods for the first time, to ensure they have a tight fit when they cool down and do not become loose.

Sharpening Stone
The double-sided Sharpening Stone features two grits – 120 grit side for thinning and 320 grit for finishing – all to help provide a fresh edge to your blade.
