Disappointed with this real, the two speed button does not work well and won't stay in the second gear. Had a thresher on and it was an effort for my lady, she went to the granny gear and it seems faulty. Maybe we just got a dud. It will be going back when we get back to town.

I've always been a shimano man. I wanted to upgrade my TLD 15 so thought I'd try the Penn fathom, beautiful reel, super smooth and in my opinion much better than the TLD 15.
