Small, light and deadly
A trolling lure based on the ancient whale bone jigs used by Polynesian fishermen, the Sea Harvester Smiths Jig has been one of the most successful Kahawai catching lure in New Zealand for years. It features a durable body with double galvanised hooks. This Lure is most effective when trolled between 5 and 10 knots. It's recommended to be used with a snap swivel attached directly to the ring of the lure, or to the end of a 1-metre trace.
