Three component titanium catalyzed inorganic ceramic copolymer. It is resistant to low temperatures down to -196 degreesC and high temperatures up to 1000 degreesC continuously, where substrates allow. On carbon steel substrates it can be used at up to 650 degreesC continuously and 750 degreesC peak.
It can be applied on hot substrates up to 250 degreesC. Suitable for use on both insulated and non-insulated surfaces.
Jotatemp 1000 is a three component titanium catalyzed inorganic ceramic copolymer. Utilizing state-of-the-art binder technology increases the coating's suitability for service in high temperature operations, both for insulated and non-insulated areas.
Jotatemp 1000 can be applied on substrates with temperatures up to 250 degreesC, minimizing the need for costly facility shut-downs during maintenance operations.
Because Jotatemp 1000 is a three component product it cures at ambient conditions. This increases the coating's ambient anticorrosive properties. Additionally the ambient curing of the product provides Jotatemp 1000 with increased abrasion resistance. This greatly reduces the need for on-site touch-up.
