The BLA Coastmate Level 50 PFD Life Vest is a general-purpose buoyancy vest, approved to AS4758-50. Suitable for all recreational water activities including sailing, canoeing, kayaking and use with towables. Features include layered foam, front zip closure, two 25mm wide webbing straps with adjustable side release buckles and gusseted side panels for a flexible and secure fit.

A PFD Level 50 garment, the BLA Coastmate Level 50 PFD Life Vest complies with the requirements of the Australian Standards approval code 4758-50. It is required to provide sufficient buoyancy to assist the wearer to maintain his or her head above water, but not as much as a PFD Level 100 or 150 lifejacket. It is less bulky than a PFD Level 100 or 150.
