Frequently Asked Questions
How do I earn points?
You receive 10 points for every dollar you spend*. So for example if you spend $100 you earn 1,000 points.
You can also earn points by reviewing products (10 points per review).
How do I redeem my points?
For every 7,500 points you earn, we'll send you a $15 voucher via email.
Do points expire?
Yes. If points do not convert to a voucher within 24 months then they expire. We'll let you know in advance if that happens.
How do I achieve VIP GOLD?
You achieve VIP GOLD membership by earning a total of 40,000 points in a 12 month period. Once you've earned 40,000 points within a 12 month period you'll immediately receive the benefits of VIP GOLD membership.
What are the benefits of being a VIP GOLD member?
- You get Free Shipping on orders above $99 (excluding orders above 20kg, dangerous goods, oversize, and bulk).
- You can choose to receive free Coastguard membership or become a LegaSea Legend for a year.
- You get exclusive notification to regular VIP Deals.
How long does my VIP GOLD membership last?
Membership lasts for 1 year. Your VIP GOLD membership is automatically renewed if you have earned 40,000 points (i.e. 5 vouchers) in the 12 months prior to renewal time.
