The SM Series speakers solves the age-old problem of achieving quality audio reproduction from the limitations of shallow mounting depths often required in many installations. By engineering a tuned, sealed enclosure into the back of the speaker, it eliminates the need to have sufficient volume behind the speaker for quality audio reproduction.

This makes the SM Series speakers capable of producing high-quality sound even with one of the most restrictive mounting depths of only 24mm (15/16"), allowing them to be installed in areas many other speakers will not fit, such as cabinets.

The SM Series speakers are designed for the harsh marine environment and are rated IP65 for water and dust ingress protection from the front when installed correctly, while also meeting industry standards for UV and salt fog protection.
