When activated the RescueME PLB1 transmits your position and your ID to a Rescue Coordination Centre via satellite link. Rescue services nearest to you are promptly notified of your emergency and regularly advised of your current location to assist prompt rescue. It's extra small size (75 x 51 x 32.5mm) allows for one-handed operation even the most challenging situations. And don't worry about accidental activation, a simple spring loaded flap prevents that from happening. Plus, it can be easily fitted into your lifejacket or onto a belt taking up minimal space and ensuring it is easily accessible.
