The Furuno MU-231 23.1" Multi-Purpose Marine LCD Display is a multi-purpose display that features the unmatched Furuno quality and reliability that you have learned to depend on. This 23.1" colour monitor features a wide range of interface capabilities that will accommodate virtually all of your marine display needs.
The MU-231 Display employs bright, sunlight viewable colour TFT LCDs with a special AR (anti-reflective) glass filter to cut down on annoying glare. With its bright colors, excellent contrast and wide viewing angles, the monitor is perfect for any tropical sunlight or low light conditions. Furthermore, the LCDs and the glass are bonded to ensure fog free operation on open fly-bridge installations.
Utilising the latest LED backlight, the MU-231 delivers sharp, high quality images with bright colors all at a very low power consumption. The unit is slim in depth, light weight and is so compact that it fits right into virtually any console, making optimum use of your dashboard. A flush mount installation kit is standard supply for the MU-231 display.
The MU-231 features a wide range of interface options that include: RGB analog, DVI (Digital Video Interface) and composite video inputs. These displays may be used as either the main or remote display for a variety of marine equipment such as BlackBox Radar, Sounder, Sonar and NavNet series. They can also be used for displaying images from security cameras, DVD player, computers, etc.
Flush mount installation
Low Profile flush mounting provides a custom console appearance. Two or more MU-231 can be fitted side by side seamlessly on your console when flush mounted. This monitor features slim case design that put a larger display into a more confined helm space.
Picture In Picture (PIP)
Composite video (NTSC/PAL) input is available for displaying video images from an onboard TV/DVD player. With more than two Composite Video Inputs, the images in the PIP window automatically switch every few seconds.
Low power consumption
Utilising the latest LED backlight, the MU-231 delivers sharp, high quality images with bright colours and all at very low power consumption.

The MU-231 features a slim depth, lightweight and compact body that fits in your console. It's space saving design makes optimum use of your dashboard.
