Heavy duty drum anchor winch

The Maxwell Tasman 8 Drum Winch is made to handle the pressures of bigger boats. Engineered mounting design, optimised for strength with compact dimensions through integration with gearbox. It comes with the proven Maxwell 1000W motor and Maxwell's proprietary gearbox - robust design with custom ratio for optimised performance, direct fit to larger diameter shafts, large bearings and seals. Marine anodised aluminium legs to increase the life of aluminium hulls. Large diameter plain bearings for a longer life, stronger and more robust in the harsh marine environment. The gearbox bearings are lubricated sintered bronze. Non gearbox end is self-lubricated composite bearing for minimal maintenance. The drum warp features optimised rope construction for maximum hold with enough stretch to minimised impact loads when anchored.
