Applying a thin layer creates a film that strongly repels water, but is not sticky. The cream-like power float has almost no change in viscosity depending on the temperature, so you don't have to worry about it becoming too hard to use at low temperatures or staining the chest area of ?your vest due to staining at high temperatures.
