Norski PVA Release Agent 100ml

Prevent moulded parts from sticking

For those that want to go to the absolute limit with their moulds, you may need to apply a layer of Norski PVA Release Agent.

PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) release agent is a water/alcohol solution of water soluble, film forming materials. This product is really quite incredible and can only really be described as 'paint on cling film', applied as a liquid, this fast curing product becomes a thin film offering complete separation between your mould and your poured article. It's particularly recommended as a parting layer for separation between polyester or epoxy resin and various mould surfaces.

Normally applied over 'Norski Mould Release Wax' this product is best applied with a spray bottle, however can be applied with a cloth or sponge, leave to cure (approx 1 hour) and then carry out your pour.

Note: PVA Release Agent is ready to use as supplied and should not be diluted. Not recommended for use with resins containing water or giving off water during the curing process i.e. phenolics. Do not use near fire or flames.
