Built for NZ conditions, the Pestrol Mosquito Eater Outdoor Mosquito Killer Trap utilises a 4-way protection plan to maximise mosquito extermination. It comes complete with a stand and the additional pulling power of water to achieve backyard insect control. The unit is 1.1 metres high and the trap draws 15W of electricity (less than most light bulbs). Time to take a stand against flying pests!
How it works:
- A UF fluorescent bulb generates a blue warm light that attracts flying insects towards the mosquito trap
- The trap is coated with TiO2 titanium dioxide, that when mixed with air particles produces small quantities of CO2 that is irresistible to mosquitoes
- Water tray around the trap replicates a breeding ground for mosquitoes
- The powerful, yet whisper-quiet vacuum fan collects all the insects and retains them in the holding chamber, where they dehydrate and die
- Protects up to 1/2 acre
