The Reel
The PENN Spinfisher VII 7500 Long Cast Spinning Reel features IPX5 sealing so whether it gets hit with a wave, or you let it ride in the spray all the way home, you don't have to worry about saltwater getting into the gearbox or drag system. The HT-100 drag washers are housed in a fully sealed spool to give the stopping power needed for big saltwater fish. A Full Metal Body and sideplate keep the CNC Gear System in precise alignment under heavy loads.
The Rod
The PENN Prevail II Spinning Surf Rod is specifically designed as a performance casting tool utilising top-of-the-line materials. This rod provides strength and performance with a SLS3 rod blank and Fuji K guides perfect for fishing mono or braid. Whether you're casting lures or fishing baits, PENN Prevail II Spinning Surf Rod has been designed with the serious shore based angler in mind.
