Throwing instructions:
  1. Open bag and snap dome to release loop in end of rope.
  2. Hold the rope loop in non throwing hand
  3. Hold bag at buckle and throw using underarm swing motion
  4. To re-throw quickly don't repack - fill bag with water
To Repack:
  1. Place hand inside bag and draw all the rope inwards
  2. Snap dome back into loop in end of rope
  3. Refasten top of bag with drawstring
