Super Slow 5
Super Slow 5 provides an incredibly slow spool oscillation. Line is wrapped around the spool 55 times per oscillation to ensure a precise and orderly line lay. This results in increased casting distance and accuracy.
Parallel body
Parallel Body design improves dynamic line flow when line is leaving the spool after casting. The spool is located parallel to the rod blank, which results in less line slapping on the blank as it travels toward the first guide, increasing performance.

Slotting in under the amazing Exvance surf range comes the Shimano Dynaflare Medium Heavy Surf Spin Rod, expertly designed by Shimano specifically for New Zealand conditions and with Kiwi anglers in mind.
