SplashDrone 4 is designed to have the best waterproofing technology in the industry. The tough, rigid fuselage of is made out of industrial-grade ABS. Each SplashDrone 4 is factory-sealed to the slightest details and air-pressure tested for Swellpro's exclusive 100% waterproof guarantee. The waterproof motors and internal electronics are also coated with corrosion-resistant coating adding an extra layer of protection over the already total waterproof design.
All-new IP66 Waterproof Remote Controller
The all-new SplashDrone 4 remote controller is now waterproof for your worry-free operation. You can even toss it on the water or rinse off the collected sand. The built-in GPS offers a variety of new features, including real-time tracking and dynamic return to pilot. The remote controller is now capable of offering multiple devices connection for a better collaborative operation.
Innovative Smooth+ Flight Control
The patented "Smooth+" flight control allows you to finely tune the Roll and Yaw of SplashDrone 4. Smooth+ makes professional, steady flight control as easy as turning the knobs. Want to take a steady shot? Simply switch to Smooth+ control, together with Swellpro's 4K 3-axis gimbal, you can take high-quality, ultra-smooth and steady shots effortlessly.
5KM Image Transmission
The latest 5.8GHz digital image transmitter and adjustable antennas ensures a clear and reliable image and control signal range to the SplashDrone 4 of over 5km whilst airborne. Important: Due to the nature of radio waves, when flying just 0.5m above the water, range is still up to 2.8km and floating on the water surface the transmission range is 500m.
Note: This means your device needs to be capable of 5gHZ Wireless - this is different to 5G Cellular transmission.
Power-Flip
When the drone turns upside down on the water for any reasons, Power-Flip feature turns the drone back to the normal state to take the control back. Dynamic Return to pilot
The SplashDrone 4 constantly records the GPS position of the remote controller, allowing the aircraft to always return to your position even if they are on a moving boat far away from the original take-off point.
Boat Mode
Equipped with floating foams, boat mode allows SplashDrone 4 to sail on water just like a boat, providing great underwater shots whilst remains the water area uninterrupted. Caves and other overhead environments can now be accessed by SplashDrone 4 for research, exploration and underwater photography.

Smart Battery

Drones are a fantastic way to get your bait out where the big fish are.
However, there are a few safety considerations that are important to understand and follow when flying a drone:
1. You are operating a semi-autonomous aircraft. They are not toys and need to be respected. Learn how to operate them safely.
2. Don’t fly the drone near people, animals, buildings or other items that might be damaged. Fly only in open areas and remain aware of your surroundings.
3. Never try to grab or catch the drone when its propellers are running. The props are sharp and will cause serious injury to any body part that get in their way.

About Swellpro / Splashdrone Batteries
Please note - the warranty on the batteries of your new drone is 3 months - not twelve (which the rest is covered for).Unfortunately, it's quite common for people to spend a day out with a drone, then bring it all back home, store them without properly recharging the batteries first (75%) and then find the batteries don't work as expected when they next pull them out to use the drone again. Fishing Drone Warranty Details
We've got you covered if your drone has a manufacturing fault. But we don't cover damage caused by crashing or not following the instructions.
Sometimes, it's tricky to 100% determine if the problem is a product fault or user error. In those cases, we'll propose a solution that could work for both of us. This solution is likely to involve splitting costs for replacement or repair. If we can't help with a warranty repair or replacement, we'll send your drone back to you in the same condition as received.
It's also worth remembering that the drone, the batteries, and the accessories all have differing warranty periods, as indicated in your manual. This is because batteries, in particular, need to be stored and charged according to the manual.
