Throwing instructions:
- Open bag and snap dome to release loop in end of rope
- Hold the rope loop in non-throwing hand
- Hold bag at buckle and throw using underarm swing motion
- To re-throw quickly don't repack - fill bag with water
- Place hand inside bag and draw all the rope inwards
- Snap dome back into loop in end of rope
- Refasten top of bag with drawstring
- High visibility yellow colour
