The Superflex Superweld Wire Coated Leader features a black nylon coating that allows you to rig leaders quickly and easily using the flame of a cigarette lighter. Simply twist back the tag end of the wire upon itself and pass a cigarette flame under this connection. Because of the black nylon coating, the entire thing will soften and fuse together, forming a permanent, high-strength bond.
