Designed for saltwater use, the tiller-steer Watersnake Venom SXW Transom Mount Electric Motor is loaded with clever features. The propeller shaft is made of stainless steel and the propeller has a weedless design so you can push the boundaries during your next adventure. The motor runs on 12v power and operates with five forward and three reverse speeds, which can be controlled with the tiller handle throttle. The compact and stylish new Venom motor head design incorporates a new thicker ergonomic grip for the tiller handle.

The new head design of the Venom SXW also includes a digital voltage metre display, so you can keep track of your battery's condition. The grip on the alloy transom mount has also been upgraded, making it even easier to attach and secure the motor before you utilise the fast multi-tilt positioning bracket. The shaft is an extra-tough composite material made specifically for use in saltwater marine environments. The tiller handle is telescopic for versatility, comfort and control.

This 42in model with 65lb thrust uses a three-blade propeller and is suited for boats ranging from small tenders and tinnies up to dedicated estuary and inshore sportfishing boats.
