The Rupp Thru-Gunnel Outrigger Halyard Tensioner is designed for tensioning your halyard lines through the gunwale. This kit includes a polished stainless steel fairlead tube with washers, nut, mounting bracket and cleat. For setup, install the fairlead tube in the gunwale and run your halyard lines through it to the cleat below.
