The built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery can be charged from any USB power source. Plus, the battery save function and low power setting (500mW) help conserve battery power. The NEXTECH DC1108 UHF Rechargeable Transceiver also comes complete with a mains power adapter with dual USB output, useful for charging both transceivers or other devices simultaneously.
