VMC 8299 BN Snapper Forged Octopus Hooks are made of high-carbon steel that's sharper and stronger than stainless steel hooks. This offset hook features a needle point ideal for fish with soft mouth. It doesn't have a cutting edge and the round point goes straight up without making a big hole in the mouth. The turned up eye applied the right technique adds to the hook setting power.
