Get rid of the bulky lead ball weights and use the advanced hydrodynamic power of the Zwing 150 Hydrodynamic Downrigger Weight for a lighter, better and smoother experience. The Zwing's hydrodynamic shape uses the motion of the boat and water to drag itself downward and keep itself level deep beneath the water. Because of the winged design, you need much less tow line than you would use with a ball to reach the same depths. A ball would require about 45 feet of line to reach 15 feet deep, but the Zwing 150 only needs 19 feet!

How it works
The Zwing operates on the principle of hydrodynamic depression, rather than just weight. As trolling speeds increase, the Zwing's hydrodynamic shape increases downward force easily reaching your desired depth. Downward force overcomes drag allowing for constant depth to be maintained at various trolling speeds.

Made for all speeds
The lightweight 0.68kg Zwing 150 is made for high speed trolling (4-10 knots). This hydrodynamic weight uses a stainless steel towing bracket to secure to the tow line. A minimum 200lb test tow line is recommended.
